Roopa Nataraj controversial heroine from ‘Miss Mallige’ took some attention from ‘Gaali’ is playing important role in ‘Kanchana’. We had ‘Kaanchana’ in Kannada and ‘Kaanchana’ in Telugu was made as ‘Kalpana’ a horror movie.

Even this ‘Kanchana’ by debutant director Vijay Surana in Om Shanthi Vijay Productions  is a horror film with Roopa Nataraj in the lead with a very few characters. It will be shot in one of the islands near Mangalore. It is start to finish film of this team.

Two songs are written by Seshagiri and Santosh, Danier scores music. Shanker is cameraman, Kaurava Venkatesh is stunt director.

Roopa Nataraj says this is her most liking subject cinema. I have seen all kinds of horror movies and waiting for this one.  Hanumanthe Gowda, Vijay Chendur and Darshan (not challenging star) plus Hemanth is debutant in the film as hero.

It is an adventurous trip where the batch finds negative connections.
